The following is a detailed breakdown of all services offered by Hire Insight, provided so that you can choose options that best meet your specific hiring needs. All solutions have been developed using proven selection methods, based on significant research, and designed to help you make quick confident hiring decisions (and avoid hiring mistakes).

Each option is organized by the different stages of the hiring process:

1. Understanding the job (Job Analysis)
2. Attracting the right people (Sourcing)

4. Identifying top performers (Assessment)

Keep in mind that you can choose a single option or a combination from each stage outlined above. For example, those with a limited budget may simply chose a Level 1 Assessment of their candidates to help ensure they are making the right final decision; others may want to outsource the entire process of developing a job description, advertising, screening, and assessing candidates so that they can can focus on other matters.

Please note that these programs can be conducted anywhere in the world, either using remote teleconferencing and assessment or utilizing one or more of our qualified associates.

1. Understanding the job (Job Analysis)

Job analysis should be the cornerstone of any hiring process, as the results will tell you exactly what you need to look for when screening and assessing potential job candidates.

2. Attracting the right people (Sourcing)

The correct sourcing strategy can mean the difference between gathering a large number of qualified applicants and simply wasting your time and money on ineffective advertisements.

3. Filtering out unqualified applicants (Screening)

An efficient screening process should eliminate risk by quickly identifying and filtering out those who lack critical qualifications and the basic abilities required to perform the job.

*Studies have clearly indicated that cognitive ability (i.e., intelligence, problem-solving skills, general mental ability) has a strong relationship with job performance, particularly as the complexity of the role increases.

4. Identifying top performers (Assessment)

An effective assessment process should increase confidence by providing comprehensive information on candidate talents, supported and verified by scientifically-proven evaluation techniques. Simply put, it should identify the candidates with the highest potential for success in the role.

We administer questionnaires to evaluate competencies required for success, and support the results with structured interviews and 360-degree feedback from candidates’ superiors, peers, direct reports, and clients. We then provide hiring managers with a comprehensive report on candidate talents and ideal work environment, and advice on how to motivate, retain and develop the individual once hired.

Hire Insight is constantly performing recruitment and assessment projects, and regularly updating our database of top talent as a result. If you have a particularly urgent hiring need and wish to review this database for potential hires, simply click on www.hireinsightselect.com to register your company. All individuals within the database were required to complete a full evaluation and must have met strict selection criteria before being accepted.

The database system is designed to help you identify suitable candidates quickly and easily. For example, wizards are provided that will ask you for details about the job and work environment; with this information, the system will present all candidates in the database who meet these criteria, ranked by “estimated job fit”.

Then it is simply a matter of reviewing their reports and selecting those you wish to meet. Hire Insight consultants will handle all of the logistics required in arranging interviews.
